Expression of Interest
WHEREAS Hillsborough Waterfront Condo proposes to build a condominium complex on the waterfront in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island.
AND WHEREAS Hillsborough Waterfront Condo has unveiled its proposal to the public and wishes to gauge public interest in the project and potential sales of units with the project;
AND WHEREAS the undersigned wishes to make an unbinding expression of interest in purchasing a unit in the project.
NOW THEREFORE the undersigned does hereby make an unbinding expression of interest in the purchasing the condominium unit hereinafter described subject to entering into a definitive agreement of purchase and sale setting out, amongst other things, a legal description of the unit, the purchase price, and deposit, the conditions precedent to closing, and all other matters typically included in a condominium purchase and sale agreement including, but not limited to, receipt of the draft declaration of by-laws and common element rules and level of condominium fees.

PROPOSED PURCHASE PRICE
The price of the Unit is proposed to be
dollars ($) plus applicable 5% GST for a total of
dollars ($) (the “Purchase Price”).
The Purchaser will agree to assign the GST New Housing Rebate to Hillsborough Waterfront Condo and the Purchaser will pay any applicable Land Transfer Tax.
The final Purchase Price will be subject to a determination of options and extras chosen by the Purchaser in respect of the construction of the Unit. The basic level of finish and materials will be specified in the Agreement of Purchase and Sale.
The undersigned confirms that this is an expression of interest only in acquiring the Unit. It is not and is in no way intended to be a formal offer of purchase. The undersigned will await a formal indication from Hillsborough Waterfront Condo that it wishes to enter into formal negotiations to enter into definitive agreement of purchase and sale. The undersigned reserves the right to terminate, at any time, further participation in the transaction process proposed by Hillsborough Waterfront Condo prior to entering int a definitive agreement of purchase and sale.
